What is the best 'MP3 CD Burner'?

Hi! I have been looking for a good MP3 CD Burner for a long while now. I cannot really find one that suits my needs. I am going to burn 288 wma files. I need a MP3 CD Burner that also converts as it burns. Also the MP3 CD Burner should not expand the space that any of my songs take up(ex. does not change the kbps). Do you have any suggestions?
