Question about a ghost sound...?

I could'nt upload the link but i have a 1-G from T-Mobile and i recorded a sound like a ghost in my sister's room it sounded like it was saying OK like it was safe for ghosts to come out and there was crackling sound after it said ok and them more and more crackling I am 100 peacent sure NO ONE was in there so what would u do?
