I have an unusal object in my possession and i think i know what it is; but im not so sure?

my step-dad discovered this rock-like object in the clients yard and she said she picked it up from boulder; it isn't a rock or a mineral. my step-dad said it may be gl or a man-made object. but as soon as i saw it i thought it was a mineral; then i touched it and yzed it it has to be some sort of gl melted together. the only thing i tknow does that is for artwork melting gl together to form stuff like scultures and jewelry. but this thing is like heavy and abit bigger than my hand! it's a mixture of dark green, lime green and some traces of blue. the surface has a glitterly likeness to it and later i will provide a picture or video or whatver. but if you know what it could be or is. can u help me? im doing research on ask and stuff and i will find out. this rock-like thing is heavy, big, green and blue and gl characteristics. its sharp and smooth. im being careful; wearing leather gloves...let the research begin!
