I am 15 and I calculated I need 152 - 304 g of protien. Is that right?

Bodybuilding websites notoriously recommend huge amounts of protein. In reality, the 80 grams a day is a lot closer to what your actual requirements are. Too much protein is really hard on your kidneys, and can actually cause kidney damage over time. Many people also have a hard time digesting it all, and a lot of people get really constipated.
