What could be the reason why my resume isn't getting alot of call backs...2/30 callbacks?

Jobs, jobs, jobs. You have learned a life lesson and you know that. So, things are not a total loss. It is easier to have a job if you have a job. Things are difficult at this time. It is unfortunate that it does not look like things will get better anytime soon. Keep looking. Learn about new business and companies moving to your location. Try to be smart as to who you send resumes to; look for those with success stories in the news, better earnings, expanding, etc.
