Any way to consolidate debt without opening new credit account of some sort?

I don't make enough money to open any new credit accounts nor do I have any real ets. I just want to get it down to one payment a month and close some accounts out WITHOUT GOING THROUGH A CREDIT REPAIR OR COUNSELING CENTER OR WEBSITE. Any idea how I would do that?
