In a zombie attack, could you p on an immunity through blood?

Okay, Lets say if there was a zombie attack (humor me ok?) and there was one person immune, but the rest of the group wasnt immune, could you p on an immunity by injecting the immune blood into the un-immune peoples bodies, would they also become immune?
