You have some positives (Warner, Grant, MJD), but you have some weak ones for sure (Smith, Alexander, Floyd, Gonzalez). Unfortunately, your weak players are too poor to trade for anyone good, so you'll have to drop them for waivers. Yahoo, ESPN, msn.com, cbssports.com, and other sites update weekly great waiver picks with reasoning. Check these out and make substitutions fast. Also, look at the overall stats of these players while making your decision. My guess is that you should drop at least Floyd, Smith, and Alexander. Shaun's backing up Clinton Portis, and Portis runs the show. Alexander will not amount to much. Best of luck, don't give up. Lots of weeks left.
