Drink driving - hysteria or what?

Your statistics are wrong, the majority of traffic fatalities involve an impaired driver (one or more). So it is ogous to someone going out and firing a gun into the air, chances are the bullet won't hit anyone, but the act puts others in danger. If you can't afford a taxi when you are drunk and you can't stop drinking (because you have a problem), get use to the idea that you will end up in jail and/or harm someone at some point. We all know the rules, and I for one am not above the rules.
