Does God see me as selfish because I am against taking other people's money to pay for health care?

God's relationship with us is specific and individual. If He wanted you (or me) to give our money to others, he would instill a certain will to donate and be charitable. This government action is not a result of God's will for us to be charitable. Perhaps the ones with money are the ones God deemed deserving? That's a touchy and debatable issue. I, for example, have been driven to be charitable on my own and donate what I can and help when I can and I hate that government forces the amount I donate to be directly proportional to the amount of money (and hard work) that I make. Do we have no choice anymore? It will ultimately make people more selfish. I liken it to the fact I love doing things until I'm forced to, and then it is no longer fun.
