Proper fuel pressure for an 89 Dodge Shadow?

I believe the fuel pump is going out on my daughter's car. When I turn to ignition, I can hear it engage about only half the time. Before I go and pick up a fuel pump, I want to check the fuel pressure. Does anyone know the proper fuel pressure for this car? 4 cyl, 2.5 liter...
